Cranberry Pecan Chicken Salad


3 cups cooked, shredded free-range chicken

3/4 cup paleo mayonnaise

3/4 cup chopped celery

3/4 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup dried, sweetened cranberries

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon white pepper


Combine all ingredients together and mix well. Refrigerate for an hour to allow flavors to combine. Serve chilled.
